1. The "Architecture" Fee
At Elite Italica, we provide intellectual services, including logistical mapping, flight monitoring, and concierge alignment. Our Logistical Management Fee (or "Architecture Fee") is charged for the labor performed by our team in Scanno.
Non-Refundable Policy
Once logistical planning has commenced and flight alignment monitoring has been activated, the Management Fee is non-refundable. This is because our "product" is the labor and expertise already delivered to secure your journey.
2. Third-Party Bookings (Villas, Boats, Cars)
Elite Italica acts as an independent coordinator. We facilitate payments to third-party providers (e.g., private skippers in Amalfi or car services in Rome). These funds are subject to the individual refund policies of those specific providers.
If a boat charter is canceled due to weather (Force Majeure), we will advocate for your refund from the provider, but Elite Italica cannot guarantee a return of funds held by third-party entities.
3. Flight Disruptions & Liability
As an independent service provider, we are NOT responsible for airline cancellations or mechanical delays. Our role is to re-align your Italian logistics following a disruption. Because our labor increases during a disruption (re-booking, re-routing), no refunds are issued for Management Fees due to airline performance failures.
4. Cancellation Timelines
Should you choose to cancel your entire journey, the following schedule applies to the Elite Italica Coordination Fee:
- More than 30 Days Notice: 50% of the Management Fee may be credited toward a future trip.
- Less than 30 Days Notice: Management Fee is forfeited in full to cover the labor of finalized logistics.
5. Chargeback Notice
Elite Italica maintains rigorous documentation of all flight monitoring, communication logs, and local coordination. Any attempt to initiate a credit card chargeback for services rendered will be contested with a full audit trail of our logistical labor hours.
